Through the generosity of ABC Worldwide Stone and the Mary Beth Gutkowski Fund, Tuscany Study runs annual artist-in-residence programs to teach stone carving to merit-based scholarship recipients.  These residencies offered periods of focused study in which aspiring sculptors of promise can acquire a solid foundation in marble sculpting.  For more information on eligibility, or to apply, contact the New York Academy of Art MFA Program, and the Vermont Carving Studio and Sculpture Center.
